Vinicius Cardoso Reis
is a researcher at Transparency International Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Centre. He has an MSc in Sociology (University of the State of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (FGV Direito Rio). His work focuses on policy implementation, anti-corruption policies, transparency, human rights, and development.
Guilherme France
has a Master’s degree in International Law from the Rio de Janeiro State University and a Master’s degree in History and Politics from Fundação Getulio Vargas. During the TSRG project, he worked as Research Coordinator with Transparency International Brazil. Guilherme currently works in the Brazilian Senate and advises international and civil society organisations on transparency and anti-corruption issues.
