Stephan Kaiser
is full professor for HRM and organisational theory at the
Universität der Bundeswehr in Munich. He received his Ph.D. from the
Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. He has published several
books, and his work has appeared in journals like Organisation, Industry
and Innovation, the International Journal of Work Organisation and
Emotion, the International Journal of Knowledge Management Studies,
etc. His research focuses on HR and organisational issues in knowledgeintensive
work.
Martin L. Stolz
studied management sciences at the Catholic University
Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and the Università degli Studi de Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy. Since 2007 he has been working as a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Organisational Theory and Human Resource Management at Ingolstadt School of Management (Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt). His research interests include strategic
development of professional service firms and consultancies, work-life balance, and employees' professional and organisational commitment
Max Ringlstetter
is professor of the Chair of Organisational Theory and
Human Resource Management at Ingolstadt School of Management
(Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt). His research, teaching and consulting focuses especially on organisational studies, HRM and corporate strategy. In addition, he is an expert for media and professional service firms.
Cornelia Reindl
studied education science and Psychology of Excellence
in Business and Education at the University of Munich. Currently she works as a research assistant and doctoral student at the Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, Ingolstadt School of Management. Her research focuses on individual and situational antecedents of work-life balance, such as personality characteristics and organisational culture, person-environment fit, organisational learning, and also HR and leadership
development.
