Andreas Werr
born in 1970, is associate professor and head of the
Center for People and Organization at the Stockholm School of Economics,
Sweden. His research has focused on different aspects of
management consulting, including the use of methods and tools in
consulting, clients' purchasing practices and knowledge management in
management consulting. He is currently pursuing research on the nature
and role of HR practices in professional service firms and the microdynamics
of knowledge integration in knowledge-intensive work groups.
Annika Schilling
born in 1976, is Affiliated Assistant Professor at
Stockholm School of Economics and Visiting Researcher at Uppsala
University, Sweden. In 2008 she finished her Ph.D. with a study of the role of identity in mergers between consulting firms. Currently her research focus is on the nature and role of HR practices in professional service firms and on the work and role of communication consultants in Swedish industry.
