Abstrakt:

The internal driving momentum of China’s social and economic transformation process is sustainable reform and opening–up. At present, the market–oriented reform of China is facing four historical turning points that is the amelioration of specific reform measures, the adjustments of the reform specific path, of economic development, and the adjustment or transformation of social structure and development mode. The basic national policy of China's reform and opening–up developed gradually and established since the 11th Third Plenum of CPC. Passing through the practice for 30 years nearly, the new Turning Points for the Sustainable Reform and Economic & Social Transformation in China have come up. This paper focuses on the adjustments or restructuring of specific ideas and specific path, mode of economic development, and social structure and development mode of the market–oriented reform of Chinese characteristics and sustainable reform and opening–up.
